Past analysis outcomes (win rate, P&L) are not indicative of future results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of the money you invest.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at apsistumes@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription:
Subscription periods and payment methods are communicated at purchase. Your subscription grants access for the duration of the paid period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining unused portion of a current billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact apsistumes@gmail.com within 14 days.

You retain ownership of chart images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process and store the images to provide the Service. Chart images may be transmitted to OpenAI for analysis generation (see Privacy Policy).
Community chat messages are visible to all registered users. You are responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
All platform code, design, branding, and non-user content is owned by Skenuok.lt. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skenuok.lt shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
